The safety and well-being of our workers are at the heart of our values. We take care of one another, building trust and unity through teamwork and mutual respect. It’s this sense of family and shared purpose that makes us stronger and allows us to grow together, season after season.
Founder’s Story
In 2015, Delfino Cruz arrived in California and began working in various jobs across the citrus and warehouse industries. In February 2016, he started working in grape pruning and continued through the entire season until harvest. Thanks to the guidance of the leaders he had at that time, he learned the importance of caring for every step of the process leading up to grape maturity.
By 2019, Delfino wanted to deepen his knowledge about vineyard management — learning about soil types, pests, grape varieties, and the vital role each plays in producing quality fruit. He began working as a tractor operator and, over time, started leading crews in the fields.
In 2023, he began the process of obtaining his contractor’s license, which he successfully received in July 2024. Earning this license was a true journey of dedication and perseverance.
As a contractor, Delfino inspires his team every day to take pride in their work — because when everyone is committed to quality and integrity, both our workers and our clients can be proud of the results we achieve together.
